Plaza Retail REIT announces the election of its board of trustees

FREDERICTON, May 22, 2015 /CNW/ - Plaza Retail REIT ("Plaza") (TSX:PLZ.UN) today announced that all candidates named in the Management Information Circular dated March 25, 2015 were elected as trustees of Plaza at its annual and special meeting of unitholders (the "Meeting") held in Fredericton, NB on May 21, 2015.
The total number of units represented by unitholders present in person or by proxy at the Meeting was 50,326,458, representing 53.57% of Plaza's outstanding units and special voting units.
The detailed results of the votes cast in person by way of ballot and by proxy on the election of trustees are as follows:
